As set out in Sections 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the SIM/eSIM must be used for personal purposes, in compliance with specific voice and data usage limits.

• Calls: at least 3 of the 4 established criteria must be met. These relate to daily and monthly call minutes, the ratio of outgoing calls to total voice traffic, and the ratio of international to domestic calls.
• Data usage: unusually high data consumption, exceeding twice the average usage of customers on similar plans, may be considered non-personal use if specific conditions relating to hotspot usage and upload traffic are also met for 3 consecutive days.
• SIM card usage: SIM cards must not be transferred, resold or made available to third parties, nor used in equipment such as telephone switchboards, call centres or SIM boxes. Any unlawful, fraudulent or potentially harmful use is also prohibited.

If the service is used in breach of these conditions, DIGI may suspend the service and, in the circumstances specified in the General Terms and Conditions, terminate the contract.
