How can I cancel my DIGI Fiber service?

We’ll truly be sad to see you go 💙. If you wish to cancel, simply reach out to our Customer Care team, who will guide you step by step. At DIGI, we’ve always invested to give you access to the best technology and a fast, reliable connection, because your experience matters most to us. If you still decide to end the service, we’ll of course support you and make the process as smooth and quick as possible.

Do I have to return the equipment if I cancel the service?

Yes. You need to return all DIGI Fiber equipment within 30 days from the date your service is terminated to avoid any additional fees.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods are available for DIGI Fiber?

We offer flexible ways to pay your bill:

  • Automatic recharge — set it up once, and your payment will be made on time every month, stress-free.

  • Bank transfer (IBAN) — perfect if you prefer handling payments directly from your bank account.

  • In-store recharge — pay your bill at any of DIGI store in Turin. Right now we are in Corso Sebastopoli 161/O and Via Tripoli 151

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes! With the Automatic Payment option, your payment is taken automatically each month from your chosen method, so you never miss a bill.

Can I change my payment method later?

Of course. You can update your payment method anytime by contacting our Customer Care or visiting a DIGI store.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, we’ll notify you via SMS or email with the steps to settle your balance. Service will be restored as soon as payment is received.

How can I get help if I have issues with my DIGI Fiber service?

You can contact our Customer Care team via phone, chat, social media  or email. We’re here from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Italian time) to assist you with any questions or problems. They’ll redirect you to our on-field technical team, who will work to quickly identify and resolve the problem so you can get back online without hassle.

What should I do if my internet is slow, not working or I need to report a fault?

If your connection is slower than usual or not working at all, first try restarting your modem and checking your cables. If the issue persists, contact our Customer Care team to report the fault or service interruption — we’ll guide you step-by-step to get you back online as quickly as possible.

Can I track the status of my service request or fault report?

Yes! Once you’ve reported an issue, you’ll receive updates via SMS or email about the progress and estimated resolution time.

What if my modem or other equipment isn’t working properly?

If your equipment is faulty, contact Customer Care. We’ll guide you through possible solutions or arrange for a replacement if needed.

Who can I contact for installation or setup help?

You’ll be contacted by one of our colleagues from the installation team to arrange a convenient time for your installation. If you need any support during or after installation, just reach out to Customer Care—we’re here to help!
