Job description

We are looking for a Legal Support Specialist to strengthen our Legal Department in Milan. The position offers either a fixed-term or permanent contract depending on the candidate’s experience, along with meal vouchers, a company laptop and phone, and the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and structured environment. The selected candidate will work closely with different company departments, supporting legal and compliance activities and contributing to the management of key legal matters within the organization.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Review corporate documentation and business contracts
Interpret and analyze current regulations as well as legislative, doctrinal and case law updates
Provide legal support to internal departments on various legal matters
Assist in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support the Legal Department in daily activities related to corporate and contractual matters

Must Haves Qualities & Talents

● Degree in Law or Legal Studies
At least 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably related to corporate or labor law
Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn technical aspects related to the telecommunications sector
Good command of the English language
Flexibility, proactivity and adaptability
