Job description

We are looking for a PERMIT AGENT (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in Turin, to support the planning and execution of fiber optic installation projects. This role involves coordinating permits, liaising with property owners, and ensuring smooth field operations.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Managing permits for the placement of equipment and the routing of fiber optic cabling
Collecting territorial data and entering it into a database
Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
Identifying condominium administrators
Conducting preliminary site inspections and field checks of infrastructures.Assisting in property owner meetings to explain the planned works.

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in similar roles or in commercial activities
Previous experience as a permit agent in FTTH implementation projects, real estate sales, or alarm systems will be highly appreciated
Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel intermediate/advanced level)
Ability to work independently and negotiate effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both external personnel and internal staff at various levels, from installers to management
Adaptability and flexibility
