We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the team at our Settimo Torinese office.

Key Responsabilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process: drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting phone interviews and in-person interviews
- Support the management of the employee lifecycle: hiring, terminations, and coordination with the payroll consultant
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the HR area
- Organize and update the employee database and monitor deadlines (medical checks, contracts, renewals, etc.)
- Prepare internal reporting to monitor HR KPIs and data
- Assist employees in understanding their payslips and in managing day-to-day HR-related requests
- Coordinate corporate welfare activities
- Manage mandatory and non-mandatory training, health surveillance, and PPE supply
Must Haves Qualities & Talents
Apply for this job- Degree in humanities, psychology, economics, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured and/or multinational environments
- Knowledge of HR best practices, from recruitment to administrative processes
- Experience using Teamsystem (preferred)
- Fluent English.Strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, flexibility, and a team spirit.
