Job description

We are looking for an HR Legal Specialist to join our team in Turin and support the company in managing employment law matters and legal aspects related to operational activities and personnel management. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and structured environment, with direct exposure to labor law issues, industrial relations, and HR processes. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external legal advisors, contributing to the development and implementation of compliant and effective HR policies and procedures. The role will mainly focus on employment litigation, industrial relations, and the drafting and review of HR documentation.

Key Responsabilities

Manage employment litigation matters and provide support during pre-litigation and disciplinary procedures
Support the management of industrial relations, including meetings and negotiations with trade unions
Draft and update company policies, internal regulations and HR procedures
Review employment contracts, disciplinary letters, official communications and other labor law documentation
Provide legal support to operational departments in the day-to-day management of employees
Handle legal matters related to operational and organizational situations at a local level
Coordinate with external law firms and labor consultants
Monitor legislative updates and support the internal implementation of new labor law requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents

Degree in Law or related disciplines
Previous experience in labor law, HR Legal or industrial relations
Strong knowledge of employment law and trade union dynamics
Excellent legal drafting and regulatory analysis skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders
